Following the festivities at the official naming ceremony in Singapore on January 7, 2017, Seabourn Encore will depart for her inaugural voyage on an exciting 10-day cruise from Singapore to Bali.
On completion of this maiden voyage, Encore will grace Australian shores visiting nine ports from Darwin to Geelong, between January 22 and March 17, 2017.
Departing Sydney on March 6, Seabourn Encore will cruise her way back to Singapore via Mooloolaba, Hamilton Island, Townsville, Cairns and Darwin, before heading onwards to Europe for her inaugural northern summer season.
The 40,350-tonne luxury ship will be Seabourn’s fourth in its inviting small-ship fleet. The upscale interior of the fleet features modern design elements with designer-made fabrics and carpets, as well as custom-made furnishings throughout.
In true Seabourn style, Encore follows the company’s tradition of “understated elegance” and state-of-the-art design.

Signature Suites
These forward-facing corner suites have sweeping ocean views. Also included is a wet-bar and pantry, dining for up to six people and a whirlpool bathtub.
Wintergarden Suites
Two-bedroom, two-bathroom suites feature whirlpool tub in master room, bathtub in second bedroom, with a convertible pull-out sofa for one. Highlights include a glass enclosed solarium with hot-tub and daybeds for all-weather relaxation.

Spa & Wellness Program
A new Spa and Wellness with Dr Andrew Weil program, will be the first of its kind at sea. The Wellness Guide is a new position hosted by a certified yoga and meditation practitioner who will inspire and educate guests through various complimentary classes and gatherings throughout their voyage.

Encore will feature an intimate casino with blackjack tables, poker machines and poker tables to try your luck.
The Club
A sophisticated bar and lounge area serving pre-dinner drinks and live entertainment throughout the night.
Grand Salon Showroom
The Grand Salon will feature Seabourn entertainers and cultural productions from ashore plus engaging guest-speakers such as American journalist Dan Rather and Forbes Media Chairman and Editor-in-Chief Steve Forbes.
Evening Under The Stars
Enjoy an enchanted musical evening under the stars with barbecue dinners and gala events and parties. Pass the night away with jazz and blues evenings or partake in a culinary indulgence of Dessert Under The Stars.
Patio Bar
Open poolside is the Patio Bar serving beverages, fruit smoothies, gelato and on the warmer days, chilled mineral water spritzers and cold towels.
Observation Bar
The Observation bar will provide guests with a 270-degree, forward-facing view through its floor-to-ceiling glass walls. The luxurious lounge highlight will be a stunning semi-circular skylight centrepiece which will cast sunlight and moonlight over the bar area.
The area is complimented with comfortable leather lounge chairs, high-backed stools, with a variety of culinary and beverage options served throughout the day and evening.

The Grill by Thomas Keller
With several Michelin-star restaurants to his name, a new partnership with world-renowned American chef and restaurateur Thomas Keller has seen the introduction of The Grill.
The new dining option is part of the Seabourn all-inclusive product, with no additional charge to dine in the American-style chop house and grill.
Guests will be treated to table-side preparations of Caesar salad and ice cream sundaes as well as a range of other steakhouse favourites such as Lobster Thermidor and creamed spinach, presented a la carte.
“There is really no chef more accomplished or held in higher esteem than Chef Keller, and we are both honoured and delighted to have a restaurateur of his stature take our onboard culinary offerings to an even higher level,” said Seabourn President Richard Meadows. “His culinary talent and sophisticated cuisine are beyond compare and the perfect match for our guests. The Restaurant
A fine-dining restaurant with an open-table seating arrangement, The Restaurant is open breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The Colonnade
A traditional buffet style is served with both indoor and outdoor tables, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The Patio
An alfresco casual dining option, The Patio is poolside and serves an array of salads, pastas, soups and freshly made pizzas, plus hot dogs, specialty hamburgers, chicken and seafood on the grill for lunch, with salads, soups, sides and grilled steaks, chops, seafood or poultry for dinner.
Seabourn Square
A combined casual space of library, computer room, sitting room and café, the inviting room is conveniently located next to the onboard shopping area. The café serves an array of espresso coffee drinks, tea, sandwiches, gelato and cakes all day.
In-Suite Dining
A round-the-clock menu is available any time of day or night. Options also include that evening’s dinner menu served inside your suite or on your balcony.
Seabourn to a Tea
High Tea is a Seabourn tradition. Specially brewed selection of tea and artesian coffees are made-to-order with scrumptious food offerings with white-glove service and live piano music.
