Guests can choose between two service levels when travelling with Rocky Mountaineer – GoldLeaf Service, and SilverLeaf Service. As Rocky Mountaineer puts it, the choice is between “perfect and more perfect.”
While both provide extraordinary levels of comfort, service and style, there are unique elements to each, allowing the guest to select the things that are most important to them when travelling.
GoldLeaf Service

To travel in GoldLeaf style is to experience the ultimate in service and comfort. The signature feature of this top end product is the bi-level glass-dome coach. Ascend the stairs from the private dining area below, to the glass domed lounge above. Guests can even retreat to an open-air viewing area at the back of the train.
And what would the spectacular scenery be without a delicious snack or meal to enjoy? GoldLeaf guests enjoy gourmet snacks and meals throughout the journey as well as top quality beverages, beer, wine, spirits, coffee and tea.

Of course, with GoldLeaf Service, everything from the food and beverages to the hotel and baggage transfers are included in the fare, so guests never have to worry about added expenses.
Seating too is first class, with wide reclining chairs provided for maximum comfort. Socialise with new found friends, enjoy the food and drinks, or simply watch the world go by. You can even dose for a bit – GoldLeaf service is all about your comfort.
Deluxe GoldLeaf Option

Rocky Mountaineer offers a Deluxe GoldLeaf option, allowing GoldLeaf Service guests to upgrade to the finest rooms for their evening accommodation. Deluxe rooms are not only more spacious, but offer the best views too. What could be better in the Rocky Mountains than a room with a view?

SilverLeaf Service

Everything about SilverLeaf Service is designed with comfort, quality and style in mind. Offering excellent value, SilverLeaf doesn’t skimp on luxury either.
Like GoldLeaf Service, guests enjoy the finest meals, served right at their seat. Guests can choose from delicious gourmet options, and as always, wine and other alcoholic beverages are complimentary throughout the journey.
During the daytime journey, SilverLeaf guests enjoy the passing scenery from their reclining arm-chair in the single-level coach. Giant windows and the partially domed ceiling provide excellent views of the passing Rocky Mountain scenery. And when you’re in the mood for some fresh Canadian air, guests also have the benefit of outdoor viewing areas between coaches.

Like GoldLeaf Service, guests are kept entertained by onboard hosts who share stories of the history and features of the train and the passing mountain landscape.
You won’t find sleeper cars on Rocky Mountaineer either. Guests tour the Canadian Rockies by day, and in the evenings, are transferred to the hotel of their choice. Evening accommodation for SilverLeaf guests are provided at comfortable hotels with either on-site restaurants, or where dining establishments are with easy walking distance.
