How would you rate your experience?
5-stars! We really enjoyed the experience.
The one thing not to be missed is?
There’s nothing quite like cruising into Stockholm – talk about making an entrance! It was amazing just sitting out on my balcony watching the cutest Scandinavian houses drift by.
If I had more time, I would have …
I’d love to go back to Copenhagen and take my time more at the markets.
My hot travel tip is …
Stockholm is home to the most wonderful archipelago. Instead of exploring the city, I recommend joining a rib boat tour of the islands. It’s incredibly beautiful, especially in spring and summer. You can also kayak around the region too.

My favourite meal was …
The food on the cruise was fantastic, but a unique highlight was the Cafe Regatta in Helsinki. It’s the cutest little cafe with an outdoor seating area overlooking the sea. I enjoyed an authentic cinnamon bun and hot chocolate by the open fire and it was really special.
I never travel without …
I always have restaurant recommendations saved into Google Maps on my phone – you don’t need Wi-Fi to be able to see them which is great!
Some final thoughts:
Scandinavia is a fantastic region to explore by cruise with so much scenery to take in and not too many days at sea.
